Photographs are a critical component in your marketing efforts. Buying decisions are made every day by people shopping online. Ask yourself how your listings look online. Photos need to be in focus, have proper exposure, and good composition. Vertical lines need to be just that, vertical. Walls, doors, cabinets and window frames are built vertical and photographs need to show that. When we arrive at your listing, we will have several bags of equipment. Camera, lenses, tripods, umbrellas, stands, reflectors. And we will bring lights, lots of lights. Quality photographs must have quality lighting. Period. Yes, we always use the natural ambient light in a room. We will combine the natural light of a room with flash. Most of our photo shoots will last an hour or more depending on the size of the home. Another hour or two will be post-production. We use Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to combine the photos we take. The final image we deliver to you will be a blend of 2 or 3 photos or as many as 5 or 6. We do not use the HDR method to blend your photos.
